The origins of the Traditional Bow Knives can be traced back hundreds of years to the Appalachian Mountains Region of North America.

​

The knives are also known as a 'Fiddlers Bow Knife'. It gets its name from the unique shape that being similar to a violinists or fiddlers bow. 

​

Made from locally sourced hardwood in Norwich, Norfolk.  The blade is made from stainless steel & very sharp.


The blade never needs sharpening and looked after both blade and handle will last a lifetime. The wood handle is sealed with mineral oil and beeswax to protect and provide longevity.

 

For the Sourdough baker and those that like a warm crusty bread straight from the oven this is the knife for you.
